The convex line thermoplastic road marking machine consists of Siemens computer motherboards, digital intelligent controller and Honda gasoline engine, Italy Camozzi brand pneumatic cylinder, USA Parker electromagnetic valve is from, Honda gasoline engine and sensor is imported from Japan.

It is also equipped with imported ultra-quiet hydrostatic transmission system,  which can mark basic line and raising line at a time, meanwhile, all kinds of raising lines may be optionally set. As per the convex module, we can customize the pattern as per client’s requirement. No matter for horizontal module or vertical module are all ok. Also, the bottom line thickness and convex line thickness can be optional via changing the convex line die height and adjusting the convex line screw&bolts. With forced deceleration, vibration reminder, reflective non-slip and other advantages.

The device uses digital intelligent controller, pneumatic components to perform work, set the automatic control and manual control of two functions. It is also equipped with imported ultra-quiet hydrostatic transmission system, only need to control the speed control handle when do marking work. The device can walk at the desired speed, and flexible control of forward and backward, to ensure the construction quality, improve the construction efficiency.
