Precautions Before Pile Driver Operation

Our pile driver machine is on power and drive into the container, but as you know, we need to empty all the oil of the machine after machine loading into container. Because if machine shipping with oil in the hydraulic oil tank and diesel oil tank, it will be recognized as dangerous materials by customs. So before starting the machine, your side need to add the hydraulic oil, diesel oil as well as anti-freeze before starting the machine and unload it out of the container.

As per the instructions of unloading the machine from the container, please kindly follow up the bellow steps:

* Tighten the screws at each connection point of pile driver before use.

Add diesel oil into diesel oil tank.

Add hydraulic oil into hydraulic oil tank30℃65℃ summer season uses N68#, winter season below zero degree uses N46#.

* Add antifreeze(water) into water tank

As per the hydraulic oil, it will need around 60L, for example, one bottle is 18L, then you will need to add 3 bottles.

And you can also observe the measuring meter, when it reaches 100-120, then you can stop adding the hydraulic oil.

And for the hydraulic oil, HLP model is enough already.

Here you can see clearly that the transparent oil level and the red marked temperature level both.

And for anti-freeze, you can refer to local using anti-freeze for cars.

For example, your side annual lowest temperature is -10℃, then you can use the -20℃ anti-freeze will be ok.

And the using amount is around 6kgs-8kgs, for example the anti-freeze is 4kgs per bottle, you can add 2 bottles.

And for anti-freeze, please use the universal blue color one.

By the way, your side can release the possible rest water out of the water tank also by this switch.

You can check the diesel oil tank meter on the dashboard. Usually need 50-60L.
