Yes, it is necessary for concrete road and asphalt road especially for old road surfaces. The primer oil machine is used to enhance the thermoplastic road marking paint adehesity with the ground.
In light of rear blade position:
Loose A and B, move the rear knife upward parallel, then the marking will be thicker, and vice versa.
In light of marking die hanger height:
Loose A and C, turn B clockwise, then marking will be thinner, and vice versa.
The thermoplastic road marking paint should be placed in the dry, ventilated out of direct sunlight warehouse. And the validity is one year since manufacturing date.

Hydraulic oil working temperature, 30℃～65℃ summer season uses N68＃, winter season uses N46＃.
- Tighten the screws at each connection point of pile driver before use.
- Add diesel oil into diesel oil tank
- Add hydraulic oil into hydraulic oil tank, 30℃～65℃ summer season uses N68＃, winter season uses N46＃.
- Add antifreeze into water tank, antifreeze temperature should be 10°C lower than local temperature, use universal blue color antifreeze.
- Change diesel engine oil regularly.
- Clean the hydraulic tank filter.
- Tighten the screws at each connection point before and after working.

We will equip one nitrogen charging meter device the for the hammer. You can adjust it within the red marked meter by this device, better at 1.1Mpa.
