How to Operate Hydraulic Preheater Machine?
The double cylinder hydraulic hot melt kettle is a special machine for hot melt road marking construction produced by our factory’s patented technology. The equipment adopts hydraulic transmission stepless speed change and powerful torque, with the characteristics of fast melting efficiency, forward and reverse stirring, uniform stirring, simple operation, etc. Specially designed heating system, all-alloy material, boiler steel stamping arc pot bottom, alloy direct injection high-efficiency furnace, energy saving and time saving.
First, pour part of the paint into the hot melt kettle for heating and melting. When the paint temperature reaches 180-200°C, push the reversing valve to stir and continuously add new paint to make it fluid. When the paint temperature in the kettle reaches 190-210°C and is fully fluid, place the liquid paint in the marking machine through the discharge port for marking construction.
Operation Inspection and preparation before use
1. Preparation before starting the diesel engine: Diesel, engine oil and cooling water should be added before using the diesel engine. For specific operation methods, see the “Diesel Engine Operation Manual”.
2. Add No. 68 hydraulic oil or thickened 50-1 hydraulic oil to the hydraulic oil tank.
3. For the first use, the debris in the kettle should be cleared and the rotating parts should be carefully checked for flexibility
4. Check whether the liquefied gas tank, stove, pipeline, etc. are intact and whether there is any leakage.
5. Install the discharge trough at the discharge door of the hot melt kettle and fix it with screws.
6. In order to protect the health of the operator, make the combustion more complete, and give full play to the role of the heat dissipation system, the heat dissipation chimney should be installed before use.
7. The operator should wear labor protection supplies to avoid burns.
Operation process
1. Add paint
First open the feeding door of the hot melt kettle and put the paint into the tank, and put 2-3 bags of thermoplastic road marking paint into each tank first.
2. Ignition
Light the ignition device, first extend the fire into the stove, open the valve of the liquefied gas tank, then open the valve of the stove, and ignite the stove. During the construction and insulation process, you only need to open the valve 1/4 to prevent the paint from sticking to the bottom and affecting the quality of the marking line.
The combustion fire should be properly controlled, and the temperature in the kettle should not exceed 220℃. When using direct injection stoves, the valve is generally opened 3/4. If rapid heating is required in a short time, the valve can be fully opened.
3. Start the diesel engine
Before starting the diesel engine, the two operating levers of the pressure regulating valve should be adjusted to the neutral position.
1) For the start of the diesel engine, please refer to the “Operation Manual of the Diesel Engine”
2) There is an electric start switch on the front of the diesel engine protective cover. During the construction process, the wire can be connected to the positive and negative poles of the car battery. Just press the switch to start the diesel engine.
4. Stirring and feeding process
1) Check the thermometer. When the temperature reaches 180℃, the paint gradually dissolves completely. Slowly push the operating lever of the pressure regulating valve to the positive stirring position. At this time, the cylinder starts to stir in a clockwise direction.
2) Put a bag of paint into the kettle. After the newly added paint is dissolved, continue to feed the material in a cycle until it is filled. The material should be fed into the kettle according to the power stirring situation. If the paint forms a hard lump, it should be broken and then put in. For the same project and the same type of paint, the melting viscosity should be as consistent as possible, so that it is easy to master the construction conditions. Avoid heating the paint for a long time at a high temperature. To prevent the paint from discoloring and cracking. 3) Control the firepower by adjusting the burner valve to keep the temperature in the kettle at around 180℃ in summer. Control it at around 180-210℃ in winter. 4) The stirring speed can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure.
Method: Adjust the working pressure, adjust the pressure regulating screw of the overflow valve, turn the screw clockwise to increase the pressure. Turn the screw counterclockwise to reduce the pressure. (Note: Adjusted at the factory)
5. Discharging
Prepare the marking machine for receiving materials at the discharge port, press down the discharge door handle, and open the discharge door. The paint flows into the marking machine through the discharge trough. After the marking machine is filled with paint, close the discharge door.
6. End of work
1) Stop stirring in the kettle: return the hydraulic operating handle to the neutral position to stop stirring in the kettle. Close the gas bottle valve and the stove valve.
2) Stop the diesel engine.
Maintenance
1. After the first use for five days, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank should be replaced completely, and the second oil change should be done after one month.
2. The hydraulic oil tank filter should be regularly inspected and cleaned
3. The operator should be responsible and perform regular maintenance on the handlebars, and deal with hidden dangers in a timely manner
