Self Propelled Thermoplastic Convex Line Road Marking Machine
Today we would like to introduce one type of thermoplastic road marking machine. It is an intelligent road marking machine with Danfoss stepless speed changing walking system, equipped with Honda gasoline engine with 5.5HP power, German Siemens computer program computer panel, Japan Omron sensor, Italy Camozzi pneumatic cylinder and electromagnetic valve. It is specially designed for convex line, oscillation line, vibration lines marking, where convex road marking lines are used to reduce traffic accidents by 30% or more.
Convex Line Types
Convex line, oscillation line, vibration line are composed of bottom base line and convex line. The base line thickness usually ranges from 1-3mm, and convex line height ranges from 0-10mm.
According to different countries road safety regulation, the convex line pattern are different with each other. So, we can customize the convex line block for customers. In common, the convex block has two categories, vertical stripes and horizontal block.
