A su vez, esto reduce los costes asociados a los equipos, las materias primas y la mano de obra.    <\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"3\"><li>Cobertura r\u00e1pida de marcas existentes: la aplicaci\u00f3n de termopl\u00e1stico por pulverizaci\u00f3n permite cubrir marcas viales antiguas de manera r\u00e1pida y eficaz. Por lo general, en las operaciones de repintado, la superficie irregular de las l\u00edneas de termopl\u00e1stico existentes supone un desaf\u00edo considerable para las m\u00e1quinas de aplicaci\u00f3n por extrusi\u00f3n (tipo *screed*); dado que la tolva de estas m\u00e1quinas se desplaza en contacto directo con el pavimento, es necesario eliminar por completo las marcas previas antes de realizar la nueva aplicaci\u00f3n para no comprometer la calidad ni el avance de la obra. En cambio, con el sistema de pulverizaci\u00f3n, la pistola aplicadora se sit\u00faa a cierta altura sobre el suelo, lo que permite aplicar la nueva marca directamente sobre la l\u00ednea antigua \u2014cubri\u00e9ndola eficazmente\u2014 sin que la presencia de esta \u00faltima obstaculice el proceso.  <\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"4\"><li>Grosor de l\u00ednea ajustable: El grosor de la l\u00ednea de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n aplicada mediante pulverizaci\u00f3n de termopl\u00e1stico fundido puede ajustarse libremente. Mediante el uso de una pistola pulverizadora de termopl\u00e1stico, los operarios pueden controlar el caudal del material fundido \u2014y, por tanto, el grosor de la l\u00ednea resultante\u2014 regulando la presi\u00f3n de descarga y la velocidad de desplazamiento de la m\u00e1quina.
